The position will report directly to the team head of Cell Process Development (CPD). You will be working closely with an inter-disciplinary team in an international environment.We rely on your scientific/technical expertise to organize, perform and document scientific experiments for the development of cell process. You will utilize tools/equipment and specialized facilities for the cell isolation and cell culture activities utilizing human primary cells from blood and eyes, cell process development from start to finish (cryopreservation) after cell expansion and gene-modification of the cells. You will provide documentation of raw data, evaluate and interpret results using data analysis software (i.e. GraphPad Prism and Spotfire) and support the design of next experiments.

Masters or PhD in Cell Biology/Immunology
As per Industry
Experience with primary cell culture (PBMCs, T cells, stem cells, etc.) and aseptic handling (antibiotic free culture) along with Good understanding of molecular biology, cell biology and physiology, and biochemistry is must. Excellent knowledge of cell culture methods for small and large scales (plates, flasks, bags), gene-editing and sorting technologies along with Experience with standard analytical assays (cell count, viability, cell morphology using optical microscope and FACS) is required. Knowledge of data analysis software: MS Office, GraphPad Prism and TIBCO Spotfire is desired.
