The Field Service Project Manager will provide after sales services under the direction of the Operations Manager. As a representative of my client, this role supervises the commissioning, overhaul and troubleshooting of critical rotating equipment at customer’s sites in the Oil, Gas and Energy industry on his own. This role assures that the work is carried out in accordance with the customer’s expectations or specifications while ensuring that safety, environmental and quality policies are adhered to.

Erfahrungen

For this position, you will have at least 5 years of practical work experience in a similar function preferably gained with an OEM or an independent service provider in the Oil & Gas Industry. Ideally you have a completed apprenticeship as mechanic (truck or construction machinery). Experience with steam turbines and centrifugal compressors is required. A bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and experience with gas turbines and pumps would be a plus. Technical field experience in the turbomachinery industry, including maintenance projects, and/or leadership/supervisory skills to direct and coordinate teams of up to 20 and more field representatives is required. Experience as a Project Manager is a plus. You have also good communication skills and respect for different cultures.
