The Administrative Document Controller / Coordinator is mainly responsible for managing processes around documentation within the organization, including Documentation initiation, review and approval. In addition, this role prepares ad-hoc reports on projects when required, liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties, create and manage templates for projects and operational documentation, such as procedures and protocols. Manage requests for documentation, set up / copy / scan / store documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage, review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date belong as well to the responsible field.

Commercial education, Bachelor's degree in relevant field
The suitable candidate shows minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, pharma/biotech industry and GMP knowledge are beneficial. You are strongly motivated to work and organize you on your own and take initiative to get the job done. Moreover, you show strong analytical and data management skills, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, efficiency, flexibility and are able to work successfully in a fast paced, multicultural environment. You are used to an electronic documentation management system (MyQUMAS / Kneat Electronic Validation system desired).
