The HR Business Partner will have the responsibility to ensure the strategic HR Partnership in all key areas related to HR with the focus on the full employee lifecycle. The goal of the HRBP will be to support the leadership teams in setting up and ensuring a sustainable organization for the future.HRBP will act as a HR leader by consulting and guiding the senior managers for all people related matters as well as coaching them on current and future plans in terms of designing and setting up change management for their respective organizations. He/She will create and implement a strategic people plan which is aligned to Global HR and business strategies, some of the critical areas to be addressed include talent and performance management, employee engagement and Succession planning.

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration
As per industry
Experience in leading HR Projects/Change Management (ideally a transformation) along with the experience in employment law, compensation, org planning and org. development is desired. Experience working with Sharepoint or Workday is advantageous.
