Administrative Expert 80% - 100%

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the BF Head, the marketing team and the wider sales team. This includes support for the organization of meetings, management of compliance and financial processes, and support with calendaring and travel arrangements. You will also work closely with assistants in other franchises to ensure reciprocated cover during holidays or high workload periods. You will organize Marketing/Commercial Mailings, manage process for sponsoring/ grant requests, archiving / info management in line with compliance requirements and manage procurement processes. Also you will order, mail and re-stock promotional material for customers / sales force. Last but not least you support the BF Head with calendar management and travel arrangements.

Must have very good administrative skills/experience, Advanced computer training, interest in accounting and an organizational talent. Minimum 2-3 years administrative, office management and/or project management experience in international environment required; excellent computer skills (MS office, preferably knowledge of databases and data maintenance). Used to work independently, effectively and proactively and has excellent communication skills.
